RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Welcome to Shirtbrite’s Return and Refund Policy. Please read the following terms and conditions that apply to all orders placed on our website. We reserve the right to amend these terms without prior notice whenever deemed necessary and to use our discretion for any final decisions about issues between our two parties when applicable.

ORDER ADJUSTMENT/CANCELLATION

Upon finalizing the checkout of an order, you may adjust its information by contacting us via [email protected] within 06 hours. Failure to do so within this timeframe will result in the order being sent to production, and adjustments or cancellations will not be possible thereafter.

  • Design adjustments for personalized items are not permitted after order finalization.
  • Changes to item quantity, color, or type in a discounted order are not allowed. In such cases, the order must be canceled, and a new one can be placed.
  • Cancellations made within 06 hours of order placement will incur a non-refundable fee equivalent to the full payment.

REFUND POLICY

  • Our artwork, crafted by a professional design team, is tailored to customer preferences.
  • Personalized products printed according to your requirements are not eligible for returns or reprints once marked as delivered.
  • Customers are advised to contact their carrier for delivery details, including GPS location.
  • Defective or inaccurately described products will be replaced or refunded upon contacting us at [email protected].
  • Shirtbrite does not refund or replace items due to customer shipping address errors, unavailability, or refusal to receive the package.
  • Dissatisfaction with apparel sizing and/or colors does not qualify for a refund or replacement.

FULLY REFUNDABLE ITEMS

  • We do not exchange or refund items unless they have a major problem.
  • A 100% refund will be issued or a replacement sent if the order:
    • Fails to arrive within 45 business days (claims after 60 days will be rejected).
    • Exhibits print clarity issues, misalignment, wrong product or size, transportation damage, or production errors.
  • Claims for quality issues must be filed within 07 business days from receipt, accompanied by clear evidence.

RETURN POLICY

  • No returns are necessary for items purchased from Shirtbrite, as they are custom-made and printed for individual orders.
  • Returns may only be made for defective items. Contact us within 07 business days of order delivery to request a replacement or refund.
  • Major issues may result in the replacement or refund of the item, with the product retained at the customer’s disposal.
  • Refunds or exchanges are not offered on items purchased during a sale or promotion.

DISCLAIMERS

  1. Customers must provide requested information/documentation accurately and promptly. Failure to do so may result in account suspension or termination.
  2. Shirtbrite is not liable for any damages, claims, or inconveniences arising from the use or storage of purchased products.
  3. Risk of order loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the carrier. Shirtbrite is not responsible for delivery failures due to recipient unavailability or incorrect addresses.
