At present, all shipments entering the United States are subject to a mandatory disinfection process to mitigate the spread of Covid-19. This may result in an additional 5-7 business days added to the standard shipping duration.

Shipping Information:

Our products are shipped globally using reputable carriers such as USPS, DHL, EMS, and Local Post.

Delivery Time:

  • Orders Processing: Monday through Friday. No shipments are processed on weekends. Orders are typically processed within 2 to 5 business days upon receipt and will be shipped the following business day.

Estimated Delivery Time (excluding production time):

  • United States: 10-15 business days, $6.99
  • Rest of World: 25-30 business days, $7.99

Order Confirmation & Tracking:

Upon placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking link. Please allow 5-7 days for your package to be scanned into the carrier’s system. If you encounter any issues with tracking your package, please reach out to us at [email protected].

Damaged or Lost Parcels:

Shirtbrite will not be held liable for any damages or losses incurred once your order has left our warehouse and is in transit. In the event of damage or loss, please contact your last-mile shipping carrier to resolve the issue. Should you need to file a claim, please liaise directly with the shipping carrier.
